Real Estate Agents in Laurel, MS

Hi, I’m Nedra! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Carter Real Estate. I am proud to help people of Laurel, Mississippi and beyond find the best property for their needs. My family and I moved to Laurel in 2005 and I joined a family-owned real estate business as a Realtor. I soon became a broker and started the RE/MAX Town & Country business in 2008. After five successful years, I sold the business to an associate broker, but remained with RE/MAX for two more years before starting my own family business, Carter Real Estate, in 2016.

My husband Rick and I work together and continue the real estate adventure for sellers and buyers that become friends for life. We have three children and four grandchildren, and we are thankful every day for our family, friends and the Lord. We have our own farm where Rick enjoys selling TN walking horses and trail riding.

Marie Carter Cochran recently joined Carter Real Estate from Atlanta, GA, where she worked with Buyers and Sellers in the fast-paced Atlanta market. Sandi Creel is returning to real estate as a Realtor after 29 years. It is her love of helping others that made her want to return to real estate after over 30 years as an educator. She and her husband Sam, a retired attorney, made Laurel their home 24 years ago. She is an active member of St. John’s Episcopal Church where she serves on the Altar Guild.
